Is this picture worth 328.835 dollars?
Apparantly that was the sum it cost the American tax payers to have this picture of the presidents Boeing 747 taken on Friday 27th of April 2009. In the end it cost Louis Caldera, Director of the White House Military Office, his job, since he had authorized the shabang.
Also it scared a lot of New Yorkers, who got scary 9/11-flashbacks when the plane flew in low over the city and they saw this from the ground:
All in all a very stupid thing to do by the White House, and a blemish for Obama, who should have known about this photo shoot and stopped it. The administration have much more important things to spend 328.835 dollars on, and they know it. They just don't care.
