The actress Olivia Munn (from HBO's "The Newsroom") exposes globalization at its worst in this brand-new undercover video from Chinese fur farms:

It's by PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) and reveals never-before-seen footage of animals being beaten, stomped, genitally electrocuted, and skinned alive - and in China there are no penalties for this abuse.

Please stay away from fur, and tell all your friends to do the same. Because if the demand stops, so will the production.

I just signed up for this free Harvard University online EdX course:

I just paid 3.3 euro (= 140 THB) for two portions of delicious chicken/ginger with rice, two glasses of fresh juice and a big mango for dessert. And the old lady serving me was super friendly and told me about Chiang Mai. I could get used to Thailand too. :)

I worked like a maniac last week, and inspired by that I'm thinking of trying out a "One Week On, One Week Off"-pattern like Steve Pavlina writes about here:

One intense and highly productive work week, then no work at all for a period after, to rejuvinate and focus on "quadrant two" activities.
